Experimental Reports

Condition Matches

Some 300+ bacteria taxonomy has been statistically associated with one or another medical condition in the literature. Not every one has each of these bacteria types. When you have some of these bacteria, we look at your level compared to the level of people reporting the condition in the literature. Not Found means that you had none of this bacteria (these could be deem to be low counts by some)

There is no normal or expected value, having a match does not mean having a condition. This is just a count of bacteria that could play a significant role in health or sickness.
